boots 75% off sale ?

i know the 50% sale is on but so far have not heard any dates for the 75% off sale, so i did a bit of digging around and found out that last years 75% sale started on wednesday the 20th (jan 2010) if any of you remember it was due the week before but because of slow pre xmas sales they put it off another week. the year before it was on wednesday the 14th (jan 2009) and the year before that 15/16th (jan 2008).
so im thinking it could be this coming wednesday the 12th possibily?? , as spending seemed to be better this year and going by the amount of sale stuff or lack of it i dont think it will be put off an extra week, but who knows, anyway thought i`d give you a little heads up.
online sale i think normally goes live midnight on the day if you can get it to work :rotfl: hope this helps x

I'm sure when anybody knows, usually a day or so before, one of the SA's or someone who knows an SA will update. Management wont be letting the date slip yet so speculating isn't really helpful especially as last year the date changed from the one people thought it would be. Just need to be patient and wait for news on the original thread.

can someone enlighten me on this sale business? (not so fussed when it starts) but what gets included, is it EVERYTHING they have in the 50% gift sale at the moment and that is still in stock??

(im guessing its a good idea to scope out the internet AND instore to get the best variety??)

yes it is normally 75% off all xmas sale stock:D, and sorry to the others if this wasnt helpful to you:o but maybe others will find it so.

a friend of my mum's works in our local boots. When discussing sale stock etc with her yesterday she informed mum that they had received an email informing them that the 50% sale would be on until 24th January. As stock in that store was low already she suggested that should mum want anything decent to get it now as she didn't think there would be alot left for the 75% sale. Last year they had racks of 75% off stuff but she reckons this year it would be minimal.

However, our boots in a tiny one so stock levels may be different in the bigger boots stores.

The half price banners have been taken out of my local Boots windows today - last couple of years the 75% off started in the following day or two. Very little stock left, though. Can anyone remember the day of the week it started last year? Seem to remember it being a Friday?
