  • I would take anything told to you instore with a pinch of salt - they want you to buy now, so of course they will be deliberately vague, tell you there isn't much left, etc. I am holding out for 75% and if it doesn't happen they will lose out, not me!
:D Skint but happy with my lovely family :D

I think my tiny village pharmacy boots is going to have to go for 75% at some point. They still have a shelf full at 50%, including S&G!

Just back from East Kilbride Kingsgate Boots (collecting my £19 Marc Jacobs Lola giftset :o) and there is TONNES of stuff left in the sale, more than I have ever seen this late on before AND they were bringing out more stuff on trollies (unusual for a Sunday!). Frontcover, No7, Ruby&Millie, Gok, S&G, Strictly, loads and loads, about 3 double aisles, all packed solid with stuff, and I never even looked at the sale i the kids' section! There was even a section of stuff up front at the doors. I'm not getting involved this year (just listed 30 unwanted items on eBay last night and saving for a BIG holiday in September) BUT if you're from EK and normally do the Boots 75% off sale in the Town Centre branch (I do) I would seriously consider heading to Kingsgate this year instead. If it does start this Wednesday as some are predicting, there will be rich pickings! :D

Waiting patiently lol :D I always head straight to Kingsgate and then down to the Town Centre as I find that there are different things in both stores. Of course that is AFTER I do my online shop lol :-D

I didnt speak to anyone in store, they are very vague at my Boots, I asked one of my hubbys mates who works in Boots, he said it was supposed to be next week, but has been cancelled and told that prob wont happen. Maybe it depends, store to store, the one he works in is small and not a great deal of stuff left, they dont get anything restocked once xmas finished. Maybe the 75% sale will happen in larger stores.

Maybe, maybe, maybe - this is driving me bonkers
