Does look like you can reject the change and Virgin won't let me close the account either. Gutted.
BUT means I will be shot of them sooner!

Just made my Virgin payment - the first one of the new scheme. Instead of £107 it's now £177 so I paid £180 to round it up. Anything left at month end will also be put to it.Debt - CCV £3792

God DF, that is going to be a nightmare for some people, thankfully you had your payrise!
How much do you owe them?
I have one card with Lloyds, but the account is already closed - so not sure if they could change my payment arrangements or not?
Just one other then with Barclays, min payment is around £45, God I hope they don't double this!LBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)

Surveys: £6.60/£40.000 -
This is the virgin one which is my highest of over 7k, sickening. I need to reduce it dramatically but especially now. Are you paying your lloyds CC now or the OD? I can't remember what you put in your diary.
No idea if they can change it once account's closed, certainly hope not.

Wow, that is a massive hike!
That's really going to screw some people over which is so unfair.
I don't have any Virgin/MBNA cards anymore, and no letters from any of the others so will wait and see.
Yet another nasty trick!
Glad you got the payrise to help you cover that one DF xDebt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0 -
I decided to stick with my Lloyds c/c as I could spend the money again on the o/d and I wasn't feeling very committed at that point!
Am back focused again now but am still going to stick with the c/c. It was over £10k when I started, so I can't wait to have it done and dusted once and for all, it has to be gone by Dec 2011 I can't stand to have it hanging around for another year!LBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)
