Debt free by Summer 2012 (if not sooner!)

Gooood morning - oh i'm nervous today. I'm travelling this afternoon to the exam location and sleepin there tonight then exam at 8 in morning. Will leave hotel at 7 to make sure I find it ok, have a pretty good idea as in similar location to last time!!!!

Hubby left me a note saying I'll crack it easy this time! I hope so.

Off to revise for a bit then do a few jobs in house before getting ready to leave.

Hi sorry to gatecrash but it won't let me post a new thread.
I'm hoping someone can help?
I ran up debt with talktalk last year and paid it off through a debt collection agency called buchanan clark and wells. I paid direct debt with them and paid it all off in august. I've now been receiving letters from fredrickson international for the same talk talk debt which is now paid. Rang talk talk they say that it wasn't paid and they passed it to fredrickson. Rang fredrickson and explained and they say I should post proof of it but I havnt got any apart from bank statements but it jusyt says amount payed to buchanan no reference number. I now cannot get through to buchanan clark and wells to ask them to proove I have paid it. I now havnt a clue what to do next and I'm scared I'll have to go to court as I've had another letter from bryan carter solicitors about it please can anyone help thank you x

Well that's it - the exam is done and it's a while until I find out the results so I am putting it out of my mind until then.

So a few big things done this month, next is my birthday which is today i have some lovely gifts and some cash so that is going in an evelope for me and for me and just for me! I am going to keep it until I find something I love and worthwhile.

I may buy a charm that means something to me to see me through the journey of the next couple of years. We shall see.

Next big thing is daughter's nativity play tomorrow, then finishing work on friday. I need to get everything finished by then so this afternoon and tomorrow are important there.

Then mam's birthday before xmas then the big day - with presents bought in mean time!

I have plans forming for next year too!!! All MS/OS so loving them. Will update properly when I have more time.

Hi there - if you post this on the DFW boards directly rather than the diaries you will get more help - tag it onto someone elses if you still can't start a thread though you should be able to - sorry I can't help more.

Hi All!

Just to say hope everyone had an amazing christmas despite any hard comings you may have been dealt. I have had a lovely time off so far and am lucky enough to be off for another week ish, back on 3rd and already dreading it!

Financially I am pleased so far as I have managed Christmas without a CC or OD and I know I keep saying that, but to me it's a huge step! I used to rely on them for everything. Strangely enough i found some reciepts from last years Christmas and everyone has CC name next to the payment details! Having said that i am now at zero! LOL. Well I've £50 in my account which is accounted for with water and tv due on 01st. I have my xmas money as back up which is £80 and CB due on 06th Jan.

Plans are underway for 2012's budget and challenges but they are all in my head at the mo! I plan on starting a new diary as the title of this one's 2 years out! I will of course post a link once I create it which may not be until I am back to work as this has taken ages to post as my DS has kept helping me type!

I am looking forward to 2012 - it shall be "our" (collective diary members) year! Bring it on!!!!
