Haven't had to put petrol in yet and i have done my nursery run so managed to squeeze every drop out of last week's £20! YEY.
I will have to put some in for tomorrow's journey though so either on the way home tonight or way to work in the morn.
As I mentioned previously I am going to do something once a month with DH to make sure we go out together. I've decided to take him away in March for 1 night but we're taking the kids as can make a weekend out of it. This will cost me £43 for the room which I can budget for and he will pay for food and diesel. Looking forward to it.
I have realised becoming DF has made me more organised and appreciative of everything I spend my money on - that is if I spend it in the firsy place as it needs to be worth it lol.Debt - CCV £3792

Hey DF,
How are you? Your weekend sounded fab. Great news about the casino win. I've always fancied going to a casino just dont trust myself and I'm in enough of a mess at the moment to become addicted to gambling aswell - as i just know I would :rotfl:
Also good news about the petrol, glad to hear you havent been pushing the car yet.
You are totally right about appreciating things a lot more. There is something really nice about saving up for saving and then finally once you have enough being able to go and buy it. Its taken me a long long time to figure this one out but I think it is finally sinking in :T

Hi guys
Just a quicky as busy at work and someone was "let go" on Monday for not pulling their weightI do, but being on the internet doesn't look like I am if people decide to have a nosey.
I sold my moses basket and loads of bedding last night so £20 up which is going in my emergency envelope and not being touched as I literally had nothing before and it was very worrying in case something happened and i couldn't afford it. EG when my child was taken to hospital a long time ago - the parking fees/making sure have petrol in car etc is my priority of emergency money. Not I don't have anything to wear! Lol.
Next month is going to be easier as I will have "spare" cash so hopefully won't be in the situation again.
It was strange last night as when I got this £20 I felt uncomfortable with it, too used to having no money that when i have some it feels strange!!!
Gotta run, will reply when i come on later.

Morning all
)
Thanks for checking in on me. It's so hectic here it's unreal. Where are the days going? To think last month I was ticking the minutes off waiting for pay day and it's 3rd already! Although come the end of this month I will probs be doing the same again haha.
Right I have paid £4.30 to Cap1 then another £1.91. It was only going to be 91p but when i tried to process it Cap1 have changed to only allow payments over £1! Is my money not good enough if under £1 ?? They shaft you every which way they can.
Rant over. It's made me pay an extra pound at least as refused to pay nothing.
I have sorted out my clothes - have a grey suit and a dark purple almost black suit and 2 black ones. Enough tops to cycle through 10 days so I should be able to mix and match there. I have never put so much thought into what i am wearing lol. Need to take shoes in to get fixed still as when I went they were closed. It's ok though as living in my other pair for now and my boots on a friday - don't know why i feel i need to wear boots on a friday?!!? LOL must signify the weekend lol.
So clothes are ok, have make up to last me ages except will need mascara updating. Have shampoo and conditioner to last until xmas probs as got loads at xmas lol. I would like to treat myself to the sundebds next month as I feel very ill looking so may look into using my pocket money to that and I think that covers everything I will need until summer at least. We're going away April 18th so may look at getting 2 cheap outfits for the day - cargo pants type thing - nothign expensive. We're only going to a self catering cottage on camp site so won't be a glamour session - lots of walking and chilling out looking at scenary with family and our dog.
Have a summer holiday planned but not booked and that's in august all being well. Have literally no summer clothes for that. will worry about that nearer time.
I have also lost 5lb yey - was from being poorly but managed to keep it off.
Another stone and a half to go - like that'll every happen!!!! Will try though.
Am going to collect my daughter's birthday gifts at lunch time so will do finances again after that.
How are we all? The sun is shining and we have that to smile about)

I can't believe Cap1 are doing that with payments - I hope Lloyds don't start, I like sending the 1p's!

Right - shopping done.
Spent 29 in shop 1, £20 of which was cash from the moses basket sale so £9 our of account.
Spent £37 out of account in shop 2 and have £9 coming out for order being delivered.
So had 90 in account this morning and have 35 left after these processed.
OH giving me £10 so will have 45 in account.
Have apx £15 in purse, £10 of which is towards my pocket money (other £10 in savings) so only have £5 in reality as the other £10 is going towards the night out when decided.
Need to consider petrol......I have enough for today and tomorrow so will need to put a bit in on Monday...it's an easier week next week (this one guzzles fuel as all over the place) Hopefully £20 will cover next week. I will then need to find £25 for the week after and maybe £15 for w/c 21st as off one day and easy run week. So need £60 petrol still when have £50 lol.
Of course I will find a way!
