Hiya Garfield
Well I am pleased to say my petrol has lasted me until today which I was hoping it would and I may get monday out of it too but I think that's pushing it - or rather I will be pushing it when it runds out of petrol hahaha!
That's exactly what happened to me with the Next store card - it's how I ended up spending so much. Like you mentioned, I cut mine up and they kept offering me another one since - as if they know I have done it!!!! But I bravely say no. I haven't ordered online for ages either. The last lot was for the kids and some Christmas presents. I haven't actually got anything for myself for a while come to think of it lol. I think you should def cut it up. It's nice to have the treat and now you can use that top for a while if comfy in it etc so perfect timing
I can't pay mine off with CC yet as there's no room on them LOL but once they are low enough I will re - assess although I think if they have a few hundren space on them I will be gutted to see it taken back up again and back to square one....! Dilemma's. I def want it closed now though - decision has been made
I'm exactly the same that I only go out every so often and to be honest when I do I wear one of 2 tops I love and rotate lol. I do need a new jumper to go with leggings though as I have worn my black one to bits - will see sales once summer stuff comes out.
It's a good idea to save a bit to allow you to get something for the summer, means you won't need to use the next card as well. And too bleeding true about the blokes, in fact - there's one sits next to me who wears the same jumper over a shirt every day - no joke. I often wonder if he even washes it on a weekend or it just hangs there til Monday! I'd love to accidentally spill something on it to see how long it stays there for - evil!!!!
You have inspired me - this weekend, once I have caught up with the ironing so I have all clothes in the wardrobe - I am going to go through everything (won't take long!) and try it on. If it doesn't fit or I don't like it then it's going to charity or the paper if any good to sell. I had a huge clear out when pregnant of clothes I had kept from when I was younger and a good giggle at did I really wear that etc. Funny how our style changes.

Hi Woo
So pleased it's not just me then lol. I often wonder if people actually even notice or if we just feel embarrassed as we know!
I forgot to say to garfield above that the peeps who are in the new outfits every day etc are probably heading in the direction we are currently trying to get out of! Makes me feel better!
Hi Beccie - To be honest I haven't looked so next time I am in town I will have a nosey in and see what can pick up. Thanks for the advice

Faf about Friday - I have so much to do and thinking, will it harm it to wait until Monday - after all it'll just make Monday go past quicker if I am busy LOL. Oh how I justify things.
So good news is my loan's sub 5k by a few quid YEY!!!!!! £4494.67. Was 6k + when I first took it out so it does come down I guess!
Also I have transferred my pocket money (bless) ready for paying for pics tomorrow night. Still need to look how much it'll cost and check out the voucher site.
I have set up my new payment for 0% loan as repaying it back from March - only £100 a month but by the time Goal 1 achieved it'll be on it's way down - can't put it off any longer as it's to family I owe it and they've waited an age already.

Yay for sub £5k on the loan
I'm thinking of paying my mum some of the money I owe her monthly - it means Lloyds will never be cleared that way though.LBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)

That's my feeling too about clearing things. I feel better knowing that they are all coming down by at least the min though, rather than become APR debt free them go onto the interest free payments. I just want shot of it all - I am sick of it lol.
Highest APR gets highest payment and the rest on min for now. I feel like I will never get shot of C1 sometimes.

I think I would feel more of a grown up if I didn't owe my mum, my New Year's resolution was not to borrow and money at all from her this year!LBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)

Lol - i know that feeling. It's awful to think that I am 30 and still borrowing money off mum - i wonder if she did the same? I should be a big girl now hahaha!

Morning All
Saturday night was fab - supposed to have been going to pics but went to casino instead - how ironic! Anyway - of course I didn't spend on gambling but was supposed to be buying the meal. DH won and treat me instead lol! Bonus. I bought him a drink though as was the principle that I never buy him anything - he never wants/asks/expects bless him. I was laughing with him as last time I bought him pint was 15 years ago when dating bless!!!
So a very MS night all round. I said I will treat him another night and have the money still (had change enough for pint) so £20 intact for next time. YEY.
This morning I have managed to pay £20 to Tesco which is their min payment covered this month BUT need to be careful as the interest will take me over the limit so need to make extra payment prior to statement date.
So Cap1 are paid and processed.
Virgin first payment paid and processed but the second £150 I paid is gone from bank only today and not cleared on balance CC yet - will be tomorrow.
Tesco will be couple of days.
2 final DD coming out over next couple days plus the bank charges which i have budgetted for - they wait a month or so to charge them but inform you immediately so I knew at least.
I am expecting £134 paid in tomorrow which is going towards DD birthday and £76 next payment to clear min payment/xmas spends. I was going to put in on CC but refusing and am pleased.
Will have no petrol left in 10 days or so, may not have a choice then but to use card. Will deal with that if it arrives though as who knows what tomorrow brings!

Taking Next into account (no pun intended) I should have cleared that by July/August.
