Been quiet day today. DS2 had his injections so is wanting lots of extra cuddles which Im always happy to give :) His having a nap now bless him.
Not much on the MSE front BUT should be a NSD :) ALways good.
Will update if I think of any good money saving things I do today :p

  • Ive not been on for a week! opps.
Its not been a good week for us :( I finally got round to sorting out DHs CC so we could check online - its £400 more then i thought :(:(:( Gutted!! But nevermind it will just take a little longer before I get them under the 10k mark now!!
Plus they are prob going to go up some more! DH has been signed off work for 2weeks!! He is having such a rubbish time at the mo! Which means we will only be getting about half pay next mth! I hope that we will get enough with the tax credits and CB to cover all bills - but we wont have enough for food petrol etc!! Not good!! But cant be helped......
Lucky we have a good few bits for xmas already and we got our park vouchers today so can get last bits with that! Will only give token gifts to family - things that kiddies can make like some biccies or something!!

  • Awwww mummy poor DH, is this all stress to do with work? You need to do what you need to do at the end of the day.

Sorry to hear that the credit card is more than you thought, at least you have an accurate balance now xx

  • Thanks mtg :)

DH has been paid and it JUST covers the bills (including the CB and Tax credit we will get). But im happy we will have enough to pay the bills and £150 left in cash later in the mth! So not great that I will have to hit the CC hard :( But im glad we can pay the bills.......

Will be having a tight as we can shopping wise (apart from the xmas shop which will no doubt cost a fortune!)

I am GUTTED that we are upping the CC and that it wont seem like the past yr I have paid any off!! I think I will start again in the new year with the numbers in sig etc as otherwise its going to keep getting me down. So going to start afresh?? So im my head its not as depressing........

  • Hi Mummy, is DH feeling any better? Im really glad youve been able to pay the bills. Dont get too hard on yourself re the CC, sometimes we just need to do what we can to survive.

Are you almost sorted for Christmas now? x
