Thanks for the replies
mummytogirls sorry your DH is having a bad time aswell. Hope it sorts out for you both aswell.
I know its a bad time to go self employed So we woudnt do it unless organised with some money to cover tight few mths. The lucky thing with DHs work is that he would be sub contracted by companies so he wont have to go and find actualy jobs to do little work here and there (but will also advertise like this aswell) but he would contact lots of companies and they would use him when they needed - his work use lots of subbies as they dont cost the company as much as employees (But have to pay them loads more for the work). But we know the industry tends to have a quiet time of the year up too xmas and untill about March (I think) So would prob work it so he started when its the more busy time - if thats what we end up doing.... There are loads of things like getting a van and then having to insure tax and MOT it which we would have to think about aswell. So would never be a rushed decision. But we need something to change as he is getting Depressed again and I cant see him like it every day - We have had rubbish times before and depression hit him hard and I dont want to go back there
Today I have to go and get some shoes for school. My lovely mummy is giving me some money towards them as she likes to help with the school shoesAlso need to get ds some shoes if they have any as he is walking around the furniture loads and when we go places like the park he needs them now really. So going to cost a fortune!!! But I think im going to go try out a new shop as Ive heard they give you a free pair of shoes once you brought 10 pairs - which with my5 wont take long
Have found a few bits for DDs bday - its the 29th so we are on count down nowlol. The spurs shop has a sale and 3 for 2 so when my card gets here (ive lost the bank card!!) Ill order her a coat and 2 jumpers for £35 (they better not sell out before) which I think is a good deal and we can give her these towards bday aswell. Also seen a MP3 on Amazon so will see if I can get any vouchers from surveys before ordering.

What a lovely hot day today
DD1 is off out with her friends!!! Such a worry at when you can let them out of your sight...... All her friends go out to play now and she is with a sensible (I Hope lol) little boy so they should be fine - i just cant help but worry!! She is only around our little streets....
Got a letter from the tax man again to day to say that DHs tax code has changed AGAIN and so will be paying even more taxIts because off some benifits he gets from his boss - only we dont know what the benifits are and his boss was ment to give us a form with the info on when he got his P60!! But ofcourse we still havent got it!! The boss says he will see on Monday when the lady who does the wages is in.....not holding my breath as we still asking for a copy of hs contract from ages!!!! So with his last tax change we were £100 less a mth (just a few mths ago) and now its going to be going down again
I have been trying to get onto the Egg cc and have been asking DH to call them - he did yesterday and they say he didnt pass the secruity qs! So has to send them a letter with his info on before they will talk to him!! Just want to know how much is owed on it so can look into a new 0% deal.
Feeling crabby today as the house is a mess and i cant get on!! My own fault as now DS has finally gone to sleep im on here!! So must go and get my act in gear and tidy the kitchen.........GC: Nov: £60.22/£450 Oct: £338.48/£450, July: £363.05/£450, June £447.98/£500£2 savers No68: £104/£100 :j:jmummy to: 8yr, 5yr, 3yr, 2yr, 1yr. Oh no to DH's tax going up again Mummy, hope its not £100 like it was last time. Really dont know how they expect people to survive
.
Hows DD's thumb today?
My DH is really down about work too, its really not good is it. Is your DH depressed as in anti-d's? I think if my DH went to the dr's and poured his heart like he does to me they would say he is depressed tooxx

DDs thumb is ok - they said they dont think it is fractured but it could be - but because I had all 5 with me and couldnt get her xrayed they said leave it till after the weekend and if its still playing up to go back. But hopefully they are right and its just badly bruised.
DH was on Anti-d's before but he has been off them about a year now. He has mentioned recently that he wonders if he should go back on them for a while because of how he feels all the time. I dont think he is as bad as before but really do not want us to go back thereHope your DH is OK and things get better soon for you both. Its hard when there is nothing you can do to help them feel better.
