Lovely to see you on my new diary fizzypops, pips mum and pinky :)
Hello dirtyepic I tend to just ramble along on my diary aswell :) I will have to go and have a look for yours in a bit :)

Have managed a NSD today :j all helps. Tomorrow wont be though. Going into town in the morning to cash cheque and will also have a look for some bargains in HB and Iceland. Also need to look for some party bag bits which i might be able to find cheaper in £1 shop and Hb?? Then I need to go party food shopping but will do it tomorrow night when dh can look after the kids so i dont have all the can we get this and that
Have a few plans for the party and trying to do it as cheap as possible.......will be getting cheap choc bars and covering with printed out wrappers, might also print out some colouring in pages and get some cheap crayons, going to print out a big minnie and have some ears cut out so they can do 'pin the ears on minnie' will also need to get a pass the parcel gift and cheap wrapping paper.... Keep trying to think of more cheap things they can do......

Keep thinking about wanting to be debt free by the time im 30 but seeing as its in dec 2012 I really dont know if we could be able to do it or not. Going to give it my best and see how it goes I guess :) All we can do is hope and try our best....but i dont really see how we can with the amount we have left to pay and little extra we have to over pay. When ive had this baby (and settled down after a few mths) I might be able to get a part time evening job which would help lots.........

The money I mentioned from my dad and weather we are going to have to use it on a new car is still going to be kept in the bank for a while yet. I am going to try my hardest to see if we can get away with not having to get a new car? not till we have paid off the car loan and SAVED for a new one :):) obv this money would help lots for the before im 30 thing. Will see how we get on and see if i can find the thinest car seats and how they work together.....

I just wrapped Pips pass the parcel in newspaper. 1st and last layers was proper paper.
I also wanted to do a pin the ears on Mickey but my flipping printer has broken. For party bag bits try Mr Ts as they do a little party toy range.

Hi mummy, found your new diary * I hope you get everything you wish for in 2011* xx
  • Hello smarties thank you very much and i hope you do aswell.

Pips mum typically my printer now says its running out of ink - i have some coloured ones but not black so will have a look at how much for replacement is otherwise ill only be able to print till i=there is none left..... I like to use a different colour paper for each layer on pass the parcel as seems to help the confusion of the little ones on how many layers to unwrap :) Always a fun game to play with the grummpy Ive not had a go yet etc lol

I feel rotten today :( bad head and feel sooo sick and have no energy!! Need to get in gear as ive sooo much to do today..... Going to get dd in a bit will have lunch then go over to the shops....Hopefully i feel better.

Its been horrible here today and sooo wet I hope its not to bad at pick up in a bit....

Been working out figures for being DF by the time im 30 and just think there is no way we can do it - so am thinking of a compromise and going to try and be CC free by the time im 30 and then 2013 can be sorting the loans and hopefully be DF by the end of 2013? Will be hard but I really need a date to aim for and a target to try and meet.....

hope you feel better now. :o

did you get wet doing the school run? i got soaked i swear the heavens open at 3pm on purpose i forgot my umbrella and didnt have a hood on my coat so i looked like a drowned rat by the time we got back to the car  . ds1 asked why i was crying as my mascara had run!!!
    Total debt- 2982.00 Now- £2890.00
  • Yep i also got soaked!! It litrally started as soon as i got out of the car and chucked it down!! We were all soaking wet....ohwell the joys of the school run......

Have had a high spend day today :( Will add amounts later as cant be bothered to go get receipts out now.... Got all party bag bits and party food for tomorrow. Had to put £10 in car AGAIN and the needle hardly moves for £10 worth now :( Also got a big food shop....and spent farrrrrr to much!! Thought i would do a big shop so i dont have to go back next week but didnt have a list so im now £77 worse off :( seeing as i was trying to stick to £50 a week isnt great!! Will end up having to do a really tight week so money lasts. I did get lots though and now need to do a plan off meals and i think ive got more then a weeks worth and also got cleaning bits which always add on to the price....
Leaves me with £82.50 out of the budget and will prob need to do 2 more weekly shops out of that!! Opps. But I like a challenge and will be fine :) - Also i have the £15 tesco stamps and £15 co-op stamps left which we didnt use for xmas so ill use them if i need to :D

I have sooo much to do for the party tomorrow including blizt the house (not sure why im going to bother BEFORE i have 10 kids trash the place :p) So off to bed i trott so im fresh and ready in the morning - whats the betting the kids are up at silly o'clock seeing as ive had to wake them at 8 the last 3 days for school....always the way.

Hi mummy, hope your feeling the better today.

The weather was terrible here too yesterday but with snow not rain!! Cant flipping stand the stuff!!!

Im sure you will be ok on the grocery budget challenge! Us mummys always find a way!! Plus if you do need 2 shops, youve effectively got £55 each shop if you take into account your saving stamps.

Price of petrol is ridulous isnt it !

Hope DD enjoys her party today :D x
