It was the normal White SEL label. It was sitting on top of the breadmaker and the another one was in the plastic sel holder. So it looks like they changed it but forgot to bin the old sel. If they were both showing i would have had it but as it was not displayed properly then did not go for it.
It was not on the floor but on the product itself. But got some chickens instead.
Did think about it but dont want them to see my face all the time as this store you get the most r&r's and got a £70 HDD there Friday.0 -
Well, no R&R's to be found today.
Thought I was on to a couple as well. Lexmark all in one with expired SEL of 27.10.06 from £99.xx to £69.xx stuck it into a trooley and off to the scanner, but it scanned at the lower price. Also found a GBA Spongebob with £14.97 sticker on and SEL £12.99 but it scanned at £12.99.
No mobiles to be had, the Motorola which has been previously mentioned was not to be found.
No HDD to be found
Microwave at correct price
Chanpange was £20 but had no label on.
So my only R&R to date was some DVDR's last week at £7
They did have some family edition Carainum on the shelf at last but i didn't scan to check the price as I got 2 from Abingdon in the week.
Ohh well, keep trying but Swindon Extra seems to be on the ball.0 -

I feel the bar has been raised !I AM WHAT I AM0 -
Managed to scan both bar codes on this today and they both came up at full price  Anyone else had any luck with this today? Don't know whether it's worth trying another store or not. Could have been fixed locally just at that store, or nationally0

I got my first r&r today, I have looked for weeks in our store, but have never found anything before.
I found the sage and onion stuffed chicken with the wrong weight SEL 90p a pound labelled 99p a pound, and no problem with the r&r. The SEL was removed and she was sending someone to sort out the chickens. I wish I had bought more now.
I wasn't sure how I was going to be treated or if they would put up a fight. She handed my card back to me, with my refund, handed me the chicken and said that will be taste much nicer now its free.
Wow I feel like I have won the lottery!0 -

Am an R+R virgin and went to Peterborough serpentine green tesco today to try to lose my R+R virginity so to speak!
After 4 hours i have got NOTHING!
Every thing i tried for came up at the correct price and i tried for loads of the same stuff that i have seen people get on here.
Also 3 self scanners in the store but only one works, this is the one slap bang outside the clothes till and changing room ( With the 4 members of staff keeping a beady eye on everyone who used it). Honestly not being paranoid they really was.
I will say i am perhaps being paranoid when i say i think it's a bit suss that the only S scanner working is that one. The other two in quieter areas of the store both broke!
Hope you all having a better day than i did. Have come home feeling really dissapointed.
i also frequented here today, and yesterday
You have missed some freebies though, nothing big
security everywhere, feeling paranod in there~! £2051.50 since Oct 25 2006Make mine a Golden £143.46
I love Leadhead0 -
having had 2 phones earleir this week and seen another handset wrongly priced, i finally went back for them today. motorola slvr, sel 89.99 from 99.99 expired 28/10. scan at 74.97 through the till, gutted!! left them there as i didnt have my wallet....0

The whole world and his wife was in one of my Tesco today so couldn't really have a proper look around. Just got 2 of the stuffed chickens and CS took ages checking it, said she had to check with meat manager. She was very nice to me though.
Think I will wait until a week day for my next freebie hunt as it is much quieter then!0 -

Maybe I miss understod the ethos of this site :
"MoneySaving is about cutting bills not cutting back. It's about being a sassy consumer. Companies try to screw us for profits. MoneySaving shows you how to screw them back."
Does anyone think shagging CS was what Martin had in mind when he wrote that ? Must have been.
