Several off topic posts have been removed. Please keep this thread on topic as it's not designed as a chatroom. Off topic chat should be on the Moneysaver's Arms board. Thanks.

  • Any chance of a fresh thread please redfox?
  • I was told today that Tesco have never accepted ASDA vouchers

As much as it was to my suprise .... I found a store just a couple of days ago, with an A4 sign which read "We accept ASDA vouchers".

Could be just that store (officialy speaking).

ok, guys, it's been a long day and I'm a bit tired right now and really need bed but I'll see to it in the morning, as it takes a good few minutes to change all the links and what not. That ok?

try not to fill this one up too much more before I'm back :p

Thanks Constantine, my local stores have taken a fair few of both from me! Oooops, I think I may fall into the 'taking the mick' category...

BTW, someone was asking where to get Sainsburys vouchers? The ones for '£xx off £x spend' are sent in the post to Nectar cardholders (but I didn't get any last time as I hadn't set foot in Sainsburys). I had to buy some on eBay where there are often plenty to be had, the tills don't know what your surname is so you can use anyones.

So recently I have been there several times to buy a couple of reduced bits, one of their baguettes (much nicer than Tescos!) and some of their magazines, with more vouchers in (see Magazine offers thread on Discount Codes & Vouchers).

Nice of a store to put up a poster saying they accept Asda vouchers though, what with the mis-scanning barcodes and all :D (see thread mentioned above for full details I posted there yonks ago...).

P.S. Please, no questions about vouchers on this thread now, it's about to be closed - and a nice new one started - and the subject is strictly off-topic for this discussion thread. Night-night all!
