I actually now work for asda but not in a cs capacity. Just a night shelf filler.
Am I not welcome to ask questions here?

Did you have a bad experience working on the cs at Tesco? Is that why you are negative towards r&r?

I never said you weren't welcome, not my place to say who posts and who doesn't. I was under the impression that you had experience of cs at Tesco and whether this was the reason for the tone of some of your posts. I should imagine that cs are under pressure to not to give refunds and perhaps get stick from management if they give too many. I wondered if this was your experience. No offence meant, I have worked on point of sale for another supermarket and cs, not easy jobs.

What isn't clear from some of your posts is you say that you r&r and in other posts you seem to say that its wrong.

If any of you are undercharged, or an item missed off your receipt do you go to the cs desk to offer the money

Several times, usually when claiming for an overcharge. What was I told.....Don't worry, it's our mistake!:D
EDIT now I think about it, the last item was a value pack of printer paper, SEL £2.17, charged £1.97!

Sainsbury trying to drag me away!
Money off coupons for £10 off £50 X 8, & £5 off £50 X 8 have arrived in the post in the last month! Shame they don't share Tesco's price promise.
Will use them to stock up on loo rolls, stocking fillers etc.
Are they transferable, or could I use them like others have done at Tesco self serve tills?:D

Do you have the problem of CS instantly recognising you as a serial r&r er ?, is your profile too high?, have you been banned from any stores? then I may just have the answer for all of you?

Shokami, most Tescos are only too happy to accept Sainsbury vouchers if it stops you from getting poached! My local does. Ask at CS! They'll fawn all over you to show you how 'valued' you are, it's funny!

Although I had an 'incident' trying to get them to accept a Tesco voucher today.

I need a 'banging my head against a brick wall' smilie.

Isn't the black dress a little OTT for Tesco?
You might get accosted by frequent at the C/S desk when claiming your R&R!

(Originally posted on misprice thread by catlou)
    Hello all
Just a warning for people to check when they go to Customer Services as my local Tesco have changed the Large Terms and conditions sign and it now doesn't include the R & R policy?
Don't know if they are changing the policy? God I hope not...........
Thought it best to post it on this thread so people know to look - as it makes it harder to argue when you can't point to the sign.
    Hopefully it's a one off.
