I guess there is nothing we can do if a Tesco emplyee pms me for the link....trouble with public forums is that anyone can look  ... including them you might not want to look....i guess its all about damage limitation
btw, i've had quite a few pms asking for the link...it will only work if it gets popularThey've got cars big as bars

I wonder why.  :think:You're thanking the wrong person, do thank Clasics though :kisses3: after all, it was he who gave us the thumbs up to monitor those less than genuine customers who flocked to said TV and proceeded to do a LOT of checking. Thanks, we now have a lot of footage.
Very little helps0 -

And lets be honest, at the end of the day we are abusing their systems, its not really like you have been ripped off as stated, as most people on here are buying the goods on purpose knowing that they should get an R&R.
I do personally think that like I have seen mentioned on these forums that we should only really go for items that we want, not just going for anything and everything.
But good luck to you anyway, your choice.
At least there is one honest person on here.

Yes, honest to a point but at least a person with morals..
As you and I both now, these misprices and overcharges happen, but to scan the locality and amass 58 packets of cat food, 40 boxes of Ecover (in the not so distant past) ableit purchasing cat food when you don't even have a cat, is somewhat taking the proverbial. You're thanking the wrong person, do thank Clasics though :kisses3: after all, it was he who gave us the thumbs up to monitor those less than genuine customers who flocked to said TV and proceeded to do a LOT of checking. Oh, and the Tesco staff who ignore the company's stated policy of R&R by offering only the difference, when they know full well the company's official line, are being honest are they?
At worst people here are legally taking advantage of illegal overcharging.
Whereas by overcharging and not complying with corporate policy, my opinion is that Tesco are breaking Trading Standards Law.
So if you are that concerned about morals then get off your high horse and start personally making more efforts to stop the overcharging in the first place.
As I said previously, if Tesco really wanted to they could eradicate 99% of the misprices. For instance, John Lewis have a bonus scheme to incentivise staff to report undersales. That is because they WANT to be never knowingly undersold.
It seems to me that Tesco do not care about eradicating overcharing badly enough to follow that kind of incentivisation example. Why should they, when the current situation is not unprofitable ...?0 -

Perhaps.
I would hasten a guess though, that they have been burned after having their covers blown.
If you dangle a carrot, there sure are some who will go for the bite. You're thanking the wrong person, do thank Clasics though :kisses3: after all, it was he who gave us the thumbs up to monitor those less than genuine customers who flocked to said TV and proceeded to do a LOT of checking.
