Had exactly the same happen to me once, I just stood there and told them to go and find who took it down, when she said it could have been several people and she didnt know who to ask, I told her to ask the department manager, within five minute and a couple of calls she gave me the R&R.

If you know the SEL was there when you bought it, and its not there when you go back with the CS, ask them to find who took it down.

Hi Guys
Could someone confirm this please. I was told today by a csa that if you bought a product/ or had been overcharged on something from one store then you have to take it back to that store and that store only. I am lucky enough to be in receipt of a Golden R&R receipt and I tried to return 2 items and get an R&R on another which was a cut and dried R&R but she refused me on the above grounds. Now I think this is wrong - am I right????

No, your wrong. You were told correctly - go back to the store you bought it from.

Went into a store today that I had gotten an R&R on a "roast in the bag" chicken yesterday. Exactly the same situation in there today, bags with the correct price (2.99) out numbered about 3-1 by incorrectly ones! I was tempted to get several more just out of spite but thought better of it.

On my outing today, I was quite frankly appalled by the amount of items that are not even priced! Let alone mispriced, What's going on?
Are the shelf labellers on strike? There were loads of goods, high/low value (I think, can't tell, no price ) That seemed to be in "Limbo"

Is there a Tesco store list online, I am travelling down to London from Wales in the next few days and wondered if there are any near to the motorway junctions I'll be passing or any around the Knightsbridge area of London.

No, your wrong. You were told correctly - go back to the store you bought it from.

With all due respect, that would certainly not be in keeping with the policies of other national stores like Argos. In many cases it would also be totally impractical. What if you were on holiday in Scotland when you bought something and then wanted to return it when you got home to the Isle of Wight?
