just to let you know the fusion razors on the shelf are scanning at the right price

As posted by Mcdonag on the Misprice thread, you have to find the right ones to get R&R. If you find a pack with a barcode ending in 2961, this will scan at £7.49, so you will get R&R if the SEL says £7.48. If you can find a clip strip or stand with an SEL for £6.99, you should get R&R whatever the barcode.

There is indeed, but I'd need to put in all the towns I pass.

Now near where I'm visitin there seem to be Tesco express stores, what are these please?

If the store locator on-line is no good, then as Plushchris mentioned, you need a "Store locator" booklet from around the CS area.

This booklet (although often incorrectly) gives you a map with numbered locations, so if for instance you are coming down the M6, there will be numbered red or yellow shapes on the map by the M6 indicating the location and type of store you are passing. You can look these up in the book, to find out the address or you can just put the post codes into a Sat Nav....and effortlessly, you are guided to the desired store(although as I mentioned earlier....some are incorrect).

Booklet made specifically, for the Sat Nav equipped serial RandRer.

Tesco Expresses are smaller corner shop/petrol type of outlets....often a good source of beer/wine misprices.
    Couponing....."every little hurts"

Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

  • Whatever. Based on the original question and the details in it, I stand by my answer. If you want to imagine a load more circumstances, go for your life and work it out yourself.
What-ever. I also looked at the details in the original question - that's where the phrase 'cut and dried' came from. Knock yourself out too.
    This too, shall pass.

Actually I have had many R&R's from my local express including meat, selection packs, wine and dishwasher tablets. The policy is situated on the back (facing you) of the tills.
I am also able to use many coupons there so all in all they are good eggs.

I just compiled a big list from the past few days, typed it in Excel and printed it. I found it a lot more uncomfortable than I thought walking round Tesco with an A4 piece of paper with a list of items and prices and bottled it after looking for a few things on my list.

When you look for R&Rs do you normally have a big list of things or do you memorise them, or maybe write them down on a scrap of paper? I'd probably feel better if it looked a bit more like a shopping list rather than my A4 print out.

Also, I'd feel very embarassed going up to CS with an entire trolley of R&Rs for a refund. I'd feel less embarassed if half of my trolley was genuine but I don't usually do the house shopping. How does everyone else feel about this? Do you try to pretend you're not a deliberate R&Rer or do you not care what CS think of you?
