Without taking sides here, I think you are both correct, but are answering different parts of the original question.
I looked at the question and decided not to answer it, as it seemed to be 4 different topics in one, mentioning both normal refunds and refunds after being overcharged, it then went on to talk about Golden RandRs, and then in different stores...........as i said, i felt the person who answered this might have to then explain his answer....more than once........Has the OP been back with a comment.................Couponing....."every little hurts"
Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

When you look for R&Rs do you normally have a big list of things or do you memorise them, or maybe write them down on a scrap of paper? I'd probably feel better if it looked a bit more like a shopping list rather than my A4 print out.
Also, I'd feel very embarassed going up to CS with an entire trolley of R&Rs for a refund. I'd feel less embarassed if half of my trolley was genuine but I don't usually do the house shopping. How does everyone else feel about this? Do you try to pretend you're not a deliberate R&Rer or do you not care what CS think of you?0 -

I normally do it on a notepad i.e xbox splinter cell £37.9x/£39.9x and thats it.
If it's a big R&R diffrence then i normally buy Milk and a few others as they might ask how did you not notice the price diffrence when you bought it (scanned). Like the HDD was £59.98 and scanned at £69.98 so bought £10 of shopping or so (which i needed).
Then it does look a bit less dodgy.0 -

Its POI........and you can download them, but it only covers about 400 stores,,,,,it was last updated a few years ago.
Its actually a small database in .ov2 format that you can download to your sat nav, and load the individual addresses as POI(points of interest) or load them into your favourites to enable you to find them quickly.Couponing....."every little hurts"
