Are they not understating the discount now as ProEvo is now £39.97 making the £279 bundle a £19.97 saving but to what was advertised in the first place! No R&R potential.

I managed to get Splinter Cell DA for the 360 this morning marked at £37.97 went through at £39.97. The CS lady took the SEL off straight away and vanished into a back room then came out a couple of minutes later grasping two shiny pound coins for my refund. While she was taking her time sorting it out I had plenty of time to read the behind the counter price promise blurb and did you know that if you get overcharged Tesco will not only give you all your money back but will also let you keep the item? Amazing! I brought this to the lady's attention and she went off again then came back - "Ooh that's right, you've been overcharged". So maybe some of you other MSEers might want to keep an eye out for similar mispriced items at your local Tescos.

nothing in Scunthorpe this morning
Plus I hunted around for the mispriced truffles £19.99 ish but couldn't see anything over aobut £20 and it's a Tesco Estra so a big one

Personally I haven't got time to chase up the missed ones, just get a refund and move on. There are plenty of other opportunities out there, where they do not require you to give so much of yourself.

Pick off the easy ones, and try for the harder ones, and avoid the vitual impossible. This way you stay just low enough to come in under the radar, and r&r for another day.
