No I think you have got this wrong, Checkout Publisher, refers to a magazine called Checkout. Kevin Kelly the publisher is now retired. The image shown is for the chair of the conference, which is not Kevin Kelly.

Plushchris - you just contact your local office and the rest is sorted, but you have to contact the office that you pay your local rates to because they are still operated by local councils.

Tried one yesterday in a store sel £29.99 scanned £29.99!
