As mentioned before..
I remember a time when everyone thought he was the best as he dealt with the last Xbox fiasco and loads got a free Xbox360...
Give the guy a break..

Full stop.
The problem here - as His Dudeness keeps saying - is that the current XBOX mis-price is not clear-cut to the average Joe.
So if TS aren't interested in straight-forward mis-prices, how on earth are they going to show any interest in the current polova?
Duder
I think you may be a little bit wrong about TS Dude! The person acting on my behalf is going into the store today to do an investigation. Check promotion material, speak to Manager, contact HO etc, so to say don't waste any time with TS is wrong. They may well not be interested in the RnR angle, but if Tesco feel they can blatantly ride roughshod over customers gripes, then I hope they are caught out and penalised for this in some way, especially as it is such a big company as they are. Cowboy traders yes might well say 'get stuffed', but we don't expect it from a major retailer.DTD - Doing Tesco Daily - while I still have vouchers!0 -
do asda and the likes get fined as much as tescos? are they in the same boat? do they compare at all?0

Sorry to post the same request again but in case anyone knows and didnt see it...
Does anyone have a geographical number for Dundee instead of the 0800 one? As for instances like yesterday when the store refused to let me use there phone, i'd rather not pay for the call on my mobile due to having to pay for freephone numbers.TESCO EVERY LITTLE change to the t&cs HELPS0 -

Would probably be done for vandalism if i attempted to uproot a call box and then refused entry when i tried to take it into the store.
as for the home phone idea, i think that even the most local of stores might be out of the signal reach.
But thanks for your help..........
