  • yes Carol,

Take a look in the "Grabbit forum "and then, "Tesco's Misprice discussion" forum and you need to put aside two days to read the discussion.

5 days left to respond and two of those days are weekends.

Hope to hear from you soon!!!:kisses3:
I think it has to be working days, 306. ;)

I want to know what all the codes mean. I was in a store a while back and a code 1 alert went out over the tannoy. It said "This is a code 1 to Customer Service Desk". I nearly got knocked over by a load of male Tesco staff running to the CSD, where they were met by a security bloke who seemed to be timing how long it took them to respond. I take it a code 1 is some sort of emergency call. What about the rest of them?
In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

They are individual to the store.

Male staff running about either means a chance of a ruck or a particulary attractive young lady :D

    I am not sure
  • Still in my early days of all this stuff but I've found that writing prices to look for/products in a text message then saving it to my "drafts" folder helps. Now I just walk around like an ignorant teenager :D

It's also possible to put larger text files on the newer ipod's and read them.

But alot of stores have told collegues they are not allowed to go near shoplifters as it may result in personal injury and they are not insured for that. (Or they could be but you will get loads)

If the issue has already kicked off, it is not unusual for a call for all staff to be made. Its not just shoplifters, applies to anything that may require assistance.

Safety in numbers and all that.
