i must say that when the last frenzy on xbox was going on, I spoke to KK and he was really nice we even shared a few jokes, and yes i had a cheque by the end of the week. Treat people how you would like to be treated - manners cost nothing

Yes, but Sarah Skint if you had spoken to him in the last couple of days regarding this last X Box fiasco, you would not be sharing such love and affection for Mr Kelly now!!!

  • For anyone feeling partcularly self righteous, do they really presume I/we ring up Kevin Kelly with anything else but politeness, fact, and pointing out their error, and their policy ... only to be treated in a (imho) poor unproffesional semi-aggressive manner ....?

    Get real

Wadge, pressed the thanks instead of quote there for some reason.

If I were you I would go back and press your case. The product is what you are buying, not the picture on the box or poster. The fact is that you were overcharged on the product and therefore a refund is the right course of action to follow.

I got a refund and left the game there. It was going round and round in circles. I asked for the game in the picture and got told they don't have it in stock! I asked for the difference between the two games, they said the one on the poster *might* be a different version...

I agree I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr Kelly yesterday, he was rude, conversation was one sided and had no regard for customer service. I am taking this further as Mr Kelly said to me I could do what I want.
  • Do you ever get the feeling that you are being followed? I saw one of the recent games misspriced @ £29.97 and picked up 2. Picked up a few bits and pieces. At the checkout I used a "Spend £29 on computer games and get 450 Clubcard points" also an asda vouchr for 50p which scanned @ £3.89. Went to cs, who asked me to show them where the game was. When I got there, no SEL! Wonder if it's just me? I returned the games to a different store. I think that I have caned my locals too much lately and need to keep a lower profile. Also, have stopped r&r on smaller Items or items I wont use or sell. It's probably me being paranoid, anybody else in similar situation?
    Don't waste your words I don't need,

    I don't care where you've been or,
