Neither XBOX 360 games in Sale Store.
Splinter Cell
Lego Star Wars
SEL for both was £39.97 (maybe 96)0 -
Don't like it here...smells a bit funny
and annoying that I now have to flip in and out of different forums.
If we are to be kicked off Grabit, may as well make it a sticky on Dont Drop. This thread gets more views and posts than any other here...Who or what was I before you came in to my life
I am not sure0 -
Got told a funny one at CS today. They said the 'if things dont add up policy' ONLY applied to til operator errors not incorrect SELS,needless to say I struggled to keep a straight face when I just happened to spot and read aloud the 'if things dont add up.....' board for her. Full R&R after a minute or two!0

Back to the subject of the Xbox360s. Word is that Tesco has withdrawn them from sale, they and the octagonal unit have totally dissapeared from the store i bought mine in on sunday.
But today in the sun newspaper was an A5 size advert from tesco with a picture of a 360 with the wording "Xbox 360 Pro 259.97" small print says "available monday 13th November"
Theres no reference to the game apart from the fact it is the "pro" bundle
So Im not sure what this means to me and those that bought earlier in the week as now they reducing it to the price that the console was on its own.
So I was not only enticed into buying the bundle based on a fictional saving but now 5 days after these octagonal units were put in stores they have dropped the price so I have paid too much again as the new ad is suggesting that this monday is the first launch of the Xbox pro bundle.
The manager I initially brought this up with on sunday said that these units and the bundle price (279.97) was the correct price and would be so untill Xmas as the display would be there till Xmas0 -

Am I the only one who doesn't like it over here in the SBDD forum?
I feel like I've been uprooted and sent to Asda.

As I was getting the r+r for 2 Now Dance 2007, I got told by CS - "But I hadn't even left the store to come back for the refund" and "I didn't have to make a special trip back to the store to get the refund". The things they have to add, to make life more complicated!
*note to self: remember to walk out of the store then come back in again before talking to CS about r+r*0 -
