Yes that is correct they are the same thing. We took on Mr T and we won:D
Shame it had to end, will have to get free stuff from comps now :beer:0 -
Started R&R Quest 10/10/06
Fished In October = £496.38
Fished In November = £60.00
Fishing Total = £556.38
Golden R&R = £133.00 (free money)
Am i the only one to have a problem with this? I really dont think this is on! I love a R&R as much as the next person but i would never do this. Sell it on yes but taking it back to the store or another is taking the **** i'm afraid.0 -
No joy for me today, had a route planned out which would take in at least 4 tescos. Unfortunately the traffic was awful and ended up just going to one Tescos Extra.
All of the phones had the right SEL apart from one which had an expired yellow SEL but none in stock.
Found some printers which had expired SEL's but when I took them to be scanned, the new price was cheaper than the sale price.
Gutted. Never mind tomorrow is another day...
and yes I do think that the golden bit is taking it a little too far tbh. Its one thing getting the goods for free, but then to take them back and get the cash personally I feel is taking the mick. Each to their own I guess.0 -

Why ?
Tesco gets their goods back and I get my money back (under the 28 day policy).0 -
But you have already got a refund and the item for free, what more do you want?0
-
Sorry to but in, but I too feel the same, you have bought an item so wahts the difference between selling it or taking it back for refund, to me nothing. If this has helped you please don't forget to click Thanks, thankyou.0

No, Tesco paid me a bribe to the value of the goods they tried to illegally overcharge me on, to prevent me reporting them to Trading standards, end of first transaction.
That then leaves me with goods I have legal title in and have every right to do what ever I want to with. I then choose to return my goods under the 28 day policy and get a refund of my original money.
And clearly Tesco are going to offer me a better price for my goods than selling them second hand.0 -

If Monster really wanted to nail Tesco rather than exercise legitimate consumer rights, then the Golden R&R receipt could be presented to CS for a 2nd time re overcharge / R&R. Then sell the goods on (or go for a 3rd R&R in the unlikely event that the receipt is still not be marked "refunded") for max cash gain.0
