Tesco misprice discussion area part 13

This is Kizzyella's daughter,
Has anyone ever considered taking this extremely poor customer handling and illegal conduct to the press, from which my mum suffered?
It was just a thought. From what I've heard, it is definitely sounding like a common trend for the super-power, which I only feel is right that the millions of their customers should be aware of.
What's your opinion?

Good advice. His superior is a gentleman called Samuel Logan. You won't have much luck if you ask to be put through to him, as he considers it beneath him to talk directly to customers on the phone, but you can try reaching him at Samuel.Logan@uk.tesco.com

I asked to speak to Kelly's superior, and he said there's nobody higher than him. He said he's the decision maker and he's made his decision. So I ended the conversation.

I wonder if Terry Leahy knows that Kevin Kelly is above him in the company?
