The X Box console alone is £259.97, not £279.97. At least on this promotion it is.

at my store (not on a cardboard stand i have to add) the console only box was £279.97.

Could someone please tell me , If you go through the self scan tills with £40 shop does the £20 discount come off for the mobile phone. Don't know whats best whether to go through self scan or tills.

On the stand AND on the shelf AND on my receipt it was £259.97. So if I was you I would hunt around for any other price indication because you might have a genuine RnR on your hands.

there are so many xbox type consoles with or without promotion out there its worth checking everything:p

Just been to Tesco in Buckingham - ALL promos for consoles have been removed, and these are on shelf at the regular prices only. The display board for the list of GOTWs and discounts was empty.
Come on own up - who got there before me!

we checked where there were regular xbox360 consoles but no such luck. all were SEL and stickered 279.xx

all promo seemed to have just disappeared

yes but the bundle price with the game that is relevant to this issue is 279.97, the console on its own is 259.97 but thats not the pack thats being talked about

In my store at least if you put a phone through the self service till it'll automatically call for an assistant to help to approve the fact that there's £20. But they will usually suspent the transaction and put it through at the attendent area as there isn't a way to add the promo code on the SSC (at least in my store anyway)
