If it has outstanding finance then it's not your car.

I believe that your insurance is invalid if you do not have a valid license so as part of your finance agreement to have valid insurance you have failed to do this and thus had your car taken by the company by default

I belive the OP should read their policy wuth regards to it being valid.

Can't you make the three payments, plus the other charges and get the car back?

Not until she's got a licence.

Well if i were you then i would keep very quiet about that as you have broken the law for a long time and have committed fraud by getting insurance for the last 2 years when you have not had a license to drive.

    Tread very carefully..

No she hasn't. What has she done that was dishonest?

As others have said, you confirmed to your insurers that you held a valid licence, which is legally binding, of course this was fraud, because you did not.

    Less said the better methinks.;)

Have you bought a Renault? Your losing the plot slightly.

She had her license revoked in 2008. That means when she renewed her insurance in 2009 and 2010 she intentionally left out the fact she had no license.

    Thats enough intent isnt it?

    No.

Don't give legal advice when you don't know the law.;)
