Hi Sue,
I'm not familiar with red berry smoothie mix, so can't give you a definitive answer, but food doesn't go off in the freezer. If it's been there for some time the quality/look/taste can deteriorate a bit, but it won't have gone bad.
Sorry I can't help more.

That will be fine, ellionic. You're cooking it today, its use by date, and once cooked it's fine in the fridge for a day or two when you'll just be reheating. Or you could cook today and freeze it for use at a later date. I'd even just freeze it uncooked today if it suited me better, but then I'm rather unimpressed by the food police
I rely ( like my mum, grandmother, great grandmother etc) on my eyes and nose more than printed dates on food.

Once the mince has been cooked it's going off timer has been reset. You should treat it as normal ie cool and keep in the fridge for 3 days or freeze.
It's only a game

Hi all,
I've got some Brie in the fridge which came from the deli counter at morrisons... It says use by 6 Oct so I wondered if you think it will still be ok to use? I was gonna make the Brie and broccoli pasta tomorrow from a recipe I found on here if it will be ok?
Also, can I freeze the leftover Brie?
Thanks,
Kevin x0
