Fresh chicken should keep up to four days (covered) in a fridge with no worries, give it a good look see and a sniff and if it looks ok and smells ok it should be fine. Rinse it well before you use it though.Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

I vote 'eat it'. If you have a robust constitution. Probably wouldn't give it to children, pregnant women, people with compromised immune systems. It's really annoying to throw away chicken or fish, isn't it? bon appetit0

How long do you think raw chicken is on the shelves at the supermarket before it's up to its "use by" date? Longer than three days I would have thought. There's no risk from salmonella as long as the meat is thoroughly heated all the way through.
If I ate meat, which I don't now, I'd cook it and eat it without a second thought.0 -
I'm going to eat it
(after the sniff test) Ta all!!
