Apologies for maybe stating the obvious, but will anyway......don't eat rhubarb leaves though. They contain high levels of oxalates and can be toxic.

It's probably too late but I found this; "Rhubarb contains oxalate, which have been reported to cause poisoning when large quantities of raw or cooked leaves are ingested."

Rhubarb stems are edible and will be fine for juicing (although very tart!)

Rhubarb leaves are poisonous and can be boiled up then the water mixed with a little soap to use as an insecticide

I defrosted some chicken in the fridge on Saturday, cooked 2 breasts on Sunday and was supposed to cook the other 2 yesterday but didn't :o

I've not done the sniff test, but do you think they would be okay to eat tonight? If it makes any difference they are from butchers rather than prepacked.
