Thank you for your efforts and also to Shop Direct for issuing the £50 gift card/credit. In my opinion it shows that the company cares about keeping customers, something that appears to be becoming a rarity these days.

I must say that I am very impressed with Very and the other brands, yes I had a bit of a rant before but I always find the service they offer is very good. I just this week before the Rep said anything about £50 purchased a PS3

Very very good value as I initially bought a PS3 120 gig from tesco with no game for £245. People are selling this for £345 on ebay.
I also purchased a nice Rug. But I must say I was more than impressed with how cheap the PS3 games were. Although I wasn't impressed that the parcel was just left in my porch with the porch door wide open, I would have expected a signature for such a high value item, what if someone stole it?
