There is a nice 2for1 pamper day for £59, which would be a good buy.

    I'm looking at a Lipsy Velour lounge suit which is £77.
    Not really a bargain, but something I fancy.

    tbh, im in no rush. 24 months is a long time. but then again, the recession has hit many companies....so i may have to use it sooner rather than later.

    Hi,

    Just another daily update to keep you all in the picture.

    The £50 Very & Additions gift cards have now been despatched so should be received in the next few days.

    To everyone receiving the £50 credit to their normal credit account, this will be applied on or before this Friday (tomorrow).

    Anybody who hasn't been contacted yet please email us at socialmedia@shopdirect.com and we will look into this for you. We have now attempted to contact everybody via email or phone but may not have had any answer if we have tried to phone rather than email.

    For those who haven't been contacted, we may not have the correct contact details on record so if you email in we can also amend this if needed.

    Hope this helps

    Thanks for all the positive feedback regarding this issue too.

    Chris

    just a quick one, it states on the back that you need to open an account with yourselves, does that mean an account as you normaly make or a credit account?

    Can someone who has received their gift card/credit or the very rep himself please clarify how we are receiving our £50?

    I ordered through very.co.uk, and have had the email and phone call.

    Is my £50 coming out in the form of a gift card in the post with £50 loaded onto it to spend, or is the £50 being credited to my account to spend.

    Secondly if it is a gift card can I order something on credit and use the £50 gift card to clear this balance?

    Thanks

    Hi,

    @Jony

    You will have an account now set up with us as you placed thie initial order. This may be a credit account or what we call a 'cash only' account. With a cash only account you would normally have to pay when ordering goods. For more information on how to use the Very Gift card please use the following link:

    http://www.very.co.uk/web/en/giftcard.page?cm_re=Homepage-_-Quick+Link+6-_-Gift+Card

    @carlw

    Similar to the above post, if you have a Very credit account the £50 will automatically be credited to this account in the next couple of days. If you paid at the time for the Experience days with a debit or credit card or have a 'cash only' account you will receive the £50 as a Gift Card within the next few days.

    Hope this helps
