I'm a total newbie here - my first post! Been following this for some time and thought it may be best to join up so here I am!

At least all you guys are receiving something for all your orders being cancelled. Mine shows as 'despatched from supplier 1st class post' delivery by the 10/01/11. Obviously, I haven't received it as there must have been some manual intervention as the Royal Snail isn't even quite that bad! But no refund, no phonecall and certainly no £50 giftcard! Well done Shop Direct :T

We all criticised this comapny and its affiliates but I for one am happy to eat humble pie on this one. Well done.

BTW I had forgotten all about this and got a letter through the door today with my giftcard. I guess now we need to find the best bargains to redeem the card against!

I received my refund and my gift card arrived this morning. Although I didn't receive any email from them, I'm not bothered. I'm really pleased with the gesture and think it's excellent customer relations. Well done Very.

well i see this as a good find by me and glad you have all manged to get £50 for nothing , and very have stoped them selfs looking silly, only thing is i have not recived my ballon trip vochers yet and said despaced for neary two weeks now i dont hold out any hope now

as for above post i am not the only one not to recive the vochers as it looks like they were never sent .. sort it out very as you enter into a contrat now ,,, any one else have this problem please pm me as i will not let them get away with this as it looks like they have stopped them going out the , this is worse the origanal mistake as have been waiting on the items like other have.

no one with dispach notice has recived them so i think they were never sent , please sort this as you are still selling them
