Another satisfied recipient of £50 gift card. At the risk of sounding repetitive I think it's only fair that everyone who benefitted from this at least posts on this thread to thank "Very" for an excellent effort and showing the way that the principle of "customer service" should be applied0

I spent my very card ( and then some!) last night so thanks very very much very, I am thrilled and lots of nice things in your cataloguer:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

So frustrated lol. Opened a Very credit account when purchasing the hot air balloon ride, obviously it got cancelled and I received a refund. I haven't had an email or phone call from Very. I haven't received either a Gift card OR Credit to my account. I have sent 3 emails to Very and received automated replies each time (states up to 72 hours for a reply) which its now passed. Also, I cant use a £30 off £60 spend as its not classed as my first order! What a pile of rubbish, my first order wasn't honoured so is that it? I lose out. Deeply regretting opening a credit account. Not been treated like a valued customer at all and if i don't receive a reply via email or a credit/gift card they can cancel my account.0

I ordered a Paris trip for two, with Marshall Ward and received the email that it was an error and offering a reduction of 25% if I wanted to reorder and also the £50 account credit regardless.
My account has been credited with the £50. Thank you Marshall Ward, very decent gesture. :T0 -
Just spent two hours on the phone with Very on their 0844 line...costing me a lot.
Used gift card and my account was rejected. (since it was a new cash account)and order was cancelled.
Gift card hence was rendered useless.
Although I'm grateful for the gift card, I had a nightmare of a time to talk to you guys about this.0
