i have a cash account with marshall ward and was told i would get a cheque..i checked my account online and it said £50 credit and so i rang to place an order and had to pay with my debit card as i asumed they would just refund the £50 back as i was in credit and then was told there wasn't £50 credit on my account i was sent a cheque on the 14th??..so i cancelled my order and need to ring back in a few days as they will need to send another cheque out..the thing is the £50 is great but they should of just added it to my account as i would spend it with them..Now i propably wont..

I had the £50 voucher, which was very kind. I got the additions direct one, however upon receiving my order, over half needed to go back. Where does the credit go, back on the card? I do not have a credit account with them? I do not want one either.

Help!!!!!! Placed an order online using my Very gift card only to find out 10 days later that it shows as card rejected. Spent 45 mins on phone yesterday to Very, spoke to 3 different people and none of them knew how to or were able to process my voucher. They promised they would look into this and call me back but I have not heard anything yet. Has anyone had similar problems?

don't get me started..still waiting for my cheque which was promised by email on the 14th of jan..still waiting..my account shows £50 credit but when i ring they say it's not credit we will send a cheque..last week i rang every day from work..every call was a different answer..to be honest it's for nothing but if i was ringing from home i would just tell them to stick it

Yes, still waiting for two cards actually as I did two seperate orders and received two promises of a card for each. Given up with Very, their emails when they bother responding after days of waiting are so poorly spelt and do not even acknowledge your complaint and they invariably say they are passing it onto another department.
As such I have issued a county court claim now for £100 and all the time I have spent wasted spent dealing with these jokers. I would of course rather have the cash as I have found their service so rubbish.:(
