    As stated previously, everyone will be contacted and receive the £50. I must reiterate, regardless of how many orders were placed on each account or how many email responses were sent to each individual, there will only be one £50 applied to each account.

    Just come back on here to catch up and must say i'm very pleased to be receiving £50 cash! (ordered through marshall ward). Didnt expect a thing after the cancellation!

    I was not offered a credit (or two credits) to my account. I was told that I would be sent a £50 Additions Gift Card and a £50 Very Gift Card. That's what was written in the emails.

    I have just received a call in the way of an apology and offer to rebook at the correct price with 25% off and a £50 credit to my account (should be within 5days)

    I placed 2 x orders and received the same email as others relating to the 1st order I made, this phone call was relating to the 2nd order I made. I asked the question about the £50 credit and she went away and checked and advised it was a £50 credit per customer not per order.

    I have an account with Marshall Ward / Isme and ordered the Spa experience vouchers.

    So for anyone who hasn't received the email you may still get a phone call.

  • I have to agree with Jammin. I got 2 emails for 2 different orders. One told me I would get credit to my account and the other says I will receive £50 by post.

    All said and done, I think Very's £50 compensation is more than fair. I'd have loved the 5 experiences I ordered at the 'discounted' price but I like many knew I was being opportunistic with an obvious misprice. Thanks to the customer services team for sorting this all out.
