  • just had another email, same as the one above except it says..... we will send you a cheque out for £50 in the next 5 days. This email was about the spa day. does that mean i will get 2 x £50 or is that just plain greedy????!!!!!

    hi all it is nice to see pepole getting some thing out of this and am glad i put the post up online now , as far as my orders are they should have arrived today but no post as yet will keep you all updated , i have contacted they nantional paper over this a few days ago so i hope this has caused them to give out the £50 vocher i hope
  • well I have had the email but just checked my very account and no credit applied,
    I might phone them and tell them I would gladly take the spa day at 25% of the original selling price, minus the £50 :D

    i also orded an extra deal later in the day around 1 ocolck and had this order canced and to my disbelif i have just recived the below

    Between the 24th December 2010 and January 4th 2011 due to an inputting error the product that you ordered Paris Day Trip with Champagne was incorrectly priced on our website
    Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occasionally occur. In this instance we are unable to honour your order as per our terms and conditions but as an acknowledgment of our error we would like to give you the opportunity to buy the product at a discount of 25% of the correct selling price of £589.00.

    If you wish to take up this offer then please call us on 0844 822 8000.

    As a further way of our apology we will be applying a credit of £50 to your account which you can use against your next purchase.
    Mistakes like this are most unusual and I apologise for any inconvenience or disappoint this may have caused you.

    also...just received my full refund including postage. i paid by direct debit. i wonder if people will recieve any gift cards today???
