I ordered 2 spa breaks and 1 balloon flight, just check my emails and i've had 2 from very, one says,

As a further way of our apology we will be sending you out a £50 Very Gift Card which you can use on Very.co.uk at anytime within the next 24 months
and the other says
As a further way of our apology we will be applying a credit of £50 to your account which you can use against your next purchase.
like someone else said, i was disappointed the way they handled the whole thing - but this'll make it up to me ok:T (as long as it does happen, and fairly soon and its not got stupid t+c's with it!)

I didn't have an order confirmation email, but when i logged in to my account i could see it accepted, processed etc.

Well I bought the delux dinner and theatre in London that should have been £139..if it's 25% OF that price that's £34.75, so if I have a credit of £50 they owe me £15.25 and the dinner!!...so from that I gather it's 25% OFF the selling price.:rotfl:

I had one saying they are giving me a gift card, hope it is a gift card and not credit because i should have no account to put credit on lol i paid by debit card, anyone else pay by debit card and get this?
