my spa break order hasnt changed from accepted by supplier but my hot air balloon order, placed after, has changed to order being processes 1st class post ???????? i wish i knew

Same here... I ordered Hot Air Balloon Ride + Car Driving Experience which has been dispatched but the Spa which was ordered separately is still at accepted status.

It seems like they still don’t really know what they are doing

I have been quietly hoping they would be incompetant at cancelling these.
Mine is not despatched yet.

they cant go back and charge us full price can they?

No, you agreed to a sale at a certain price.
They can cancel before desptach and you have cancellation rights too.
They cannot however change the contract or cancel after despatch.

OMG!!! was just coming on to post the same as the rest of you!!

checked my order (hot air balloon ride!) and mine also says "order being processed - first class post!"

result!!

won't hold my breath tho - until (IF!!) it arrives tomorrow!!

hot air balloon, couples experience voucher and london eye/bus tour being processed. but spa day is not.

all my times are 10.19 or 10.20.....could it be they're putting them through their systems so that they can cancel/refund orders?

also has anybody got any paris day trip vouchers being processed?

Except for spa break which is still showing as accepted.
Wont get my hopes up! As a company i actually can't stand Very. I so hope they are unable to stop these getting sent out!

It could be that some of them aren't mis-prices.
Some of them weren't wildly underpriced (like paintballing), although I'm suprised about the balloon flight going through.

Could be that some are going through and not others.
Could also be that this is something their system has to do and it's isn't actually despatched.
Could also be they've had a change or heart
or they are too incompetant to stop them and Virgin are sending them all out.

We won't know until someone actually receives one.

I have had the Paris trip & Hot air balloon status changed to processing 1st class but the 1 night spa hasn't changed :eek:
