I've taken a screenshot of mine now. As in my opinion, Processed by 1st Class Post is a sign of dispatch for me and as indicated in their T&C, the contract is formed.0

Money taken out, was getting 1st class post messsage earlier. Now they have put credit account on and order does not show either under where is my order or transaction history. I'm hoping it will be updated with despatched and not cancelled!!!!!!!!!!!!!Jan Grocery challenge

Appears to me that they are cancelling all orders by putting it through and then cancelling it thereafter.

Afraid that this is a sign of how they are handling it, or perhaps how their system must work in situations like this.
Process Order -> Take Money -> Change order status -> Cancel order -> Stop the package from leaving post room -> Refund money

As in my opinion, Processed by 1st Class Post is a sign of dispatch for me and as indicated in their T&C, the contract is formed.
Bear in mind that someone that took B&Q to court was ordered to pay thousands of pounds by the judge and then pursued by B&Q for more (alledgedy - source is this site).
I think a contract is formed on despatched and not an update on a computer system, but please do update us if you take it further, I'm sure many of us will be interested.0
