Sorry no.
It just means a computer system has been updated with a status of despatched.
It doesn't mean it's actually gone out.

Under normal circumstances it would mean it's gone out, but in this case there may ahve been manual intervention.

I feel your pain....I'm sat on a mountain of housework. I promised myself once my 1 year old went down for a nap I would be straight on to cleaning and he's napping now....look where I am!!

I hope you are proud of yourselves Very!! My house is now a mess!!....only a Hot Air Balloon ride will get me through!!

hi everyone, Very have took the money out of my account today, should have been £33.95 but they've took £63.95..
I did use the £30 off voucher. Should I ring them?

they always take the full amount then refund you the £30 its stupid! but thats the way they do it hth

Just called my credit card company (RBS group). The funds for this transaction are ringfenced, but not claimed.
