    I knew it would happen but still very disappointed. Yet again Littlewoods/MarshallWard/Very etc etc find a new way to disappoint me.

    Hi,

    There are many people on here receiving different messages and emails & would be be impossible to answer each one individually especially without customers account details. These terms and conditions do apply and are available to view on all of our webites.

    I can advise that even if you have paid for this order we don't need to honour the price you have paid. If we do cancel the order after you have paid we do still have the right to refuse the order and obviously you will be fully refunded back.

    As stated in my original post, each customer will be contacted individually in regards to their order.

    thanks for contacting us idividually. i think very.co.uk and its affiliated websites provide great customer service. i will be ordering from them again...that's NOT for sure.

    Still on offer on their website for the dearer price , so clearly not sold out. Idiots
    only plucked up the courage to make an account november 2010. looking to spend many more years(the rest of my life) on here moneysaving!

    obviously our custom isn't valued enough for a personal response or even a true reason for the orders not being processed... VERY poor customer relations.

    I have emailed them and told them I want my newly opened account closed. Am waiting for the phone call back so I can tell them in person where to stick it.

    An interesting situation in law this one. Thats a blatant lie and could be classed as false advertising. Not sure I'd want to try it in court, but an interesting situation.

    Also the companies representative came on here telling us how we'd all be contacted individually but seems like thats more crap too.

  • very messes up again...... i will NEVER order from them again. a lot of the times where you think you have found a bargain it is a misprice on very and i think that they are actually doing it to get people to register!! very congratulations you have messed up again!!
