Agree with you, my initial excitement has gone and soon l think so will my order on their screen too.

after you press print screen, open up paint and press ctrl + v at the same time then save the image

Push the Print Screen button and go to Paint --> Edit --> Paste.

I actually ordered one of the spa breaks on saturday, didn't realise what a bargain it was until I saw this thread! It was despatched on Monday, this is what mine said:
