I'm on 18mg nicotine, tobacco flavored from genesis, I'm hoping to try the other flavors soon but thought this would be the easiest to start on. I've heard the chocolate one is very good.
Peoples tastes are all different, just try different things, is what I'd advise. I can't stand tobacco flavours now.

Well I'm hoping I go off tobacco flavor too, it will help with the cut down I think, but one step at a time.

The E-cigarettes have really helped me, 4 months and going strong!
Ditto - 7 weeks since my last real fag.
I wish I'd known about e-fags years ago - but they wouldn't have been as good, then.

I had a major wobble last night one of my batteries stopped working, luckily I bought 2 but there was a time I was without charge and very tempted to reach for the real ones. Off to town to source a back up this morning to stop this happening again and return the faulty one for a replacement.
The 3 day point is looming and I want to make sure I get past it.

That was my prob on ecigs too. I didn't have a replacement and it was too easy to go back onto cigs. Now if anyone talks about them I always advise to buy a spare.

Lotus has been an absolute star and refered me to another forum and given me some good advice about future purchases. Another order placed, looking forward to a new toy tomorrow.

Well I have read the book "Easy Way" I did continue to smoke while I read it.

Did not buy and ciggies just used what I had left.

Finished book yesterday and had last fag.

it is now 2.30pm so have gone almost 24hrs.

I am trying to think of being a NON smoker now and the little monster will not win.
