must remember to stop thinking about smoking, its making it worse!!
All i seem to be thinking about right now!
Wonderful news Hollie!!!! :TTo help with your thoughts;
Gather some beautiful memories of the past or plans for the future and write them down so you have easy access to them as soon as you start thinking of the enemy.
Force you mind to concentrate on other wonderful things and train yourself to do this each time, in time it'll become so matter of course that you'll be thinking lovely thoughts all the time, thus reducing your stress levels even more!Sealed Pot Challenge 001 My Totals = 08 = £163.95 09 = £315.78 10 = £518.80 11 = £481.87 12 = £694.53 13 = £1200.20! 14 = £881 15 = £839.21 16 = £870.48 17 = £871.52 18 = £800.00 19 = £851.022021=£820.26[/SizeGrand Totals of all members (2008 uncounted) 2009 = £32.154.32! 2010 = £37.581.47! 2011 = £42.474.34! 2012 = £49.759.46! 2013 = £50.642.78! 2014 = £61.367.88!! 2015 = £52.852.06! 2016 = £52, 002.40!! 2017 = £50,456.23!! 2018 = £47, 815.88! 2019 = £38.538.37!!!! :j0 -

Erme - not many calories in ice poles or ice lollies unless you get the 'milky' types. I always have a box of Jack n Mollys lollies in the freezer (2 quid a box from tesco - and they're assorted flavours and don't taste cheapy) as they're mostly 'free' to have on WW plan.
Have a fab New Year all & lets all have a smoke free 2012
Hugs

Seriously worried........I mean every calorie counts for the next few days......Until I'm under 12 stone...Hmmm...Save you work as you go, Erme, that way you safe guard all that time and effort spent.
Thanks a lot for putting that note about the initial prices of vaping e-cigs.
I've no idea about the Ice Poles/Pops sugar content or if there are sugar-free ones, but when you compare them with most snacky type things, IPs win hands down as they're just water with a little flavouring and last a fair time too.

Okay...Mite try it for my tv snacking....(terrible for tv snacking)
Ear worse than ever...wonder if Mr B can fix them today....have radio on mega loud just to hear it

Hi guys  well I'm back and ashamed to say I fell off the wagon in July
and am determined to quit again tomorrow... (sorry to let everyone down, especially Sue who was an absolute darling to me last year, as were so many others)
Have started preparation work today - well cleaned my car phase 1 (vacuumed) :rotfl: so no more smoking in there now, will do phase 2 tomorrow to keep myself busy!
Today I will smoke as little as possible to prepare. I will also go back and read your helpful pm Sue
Hope you'll have me again and hope that this is my last quit ever :T
Good luck to everyone quiting tomorrow and those already on their journey & also those still contemplating xDF as at 30/12/16

See how I think of you, Erme! I thought of soap and warm water last night, but blowed if I'd have considered hydrogen peroxide! Tis a wonder it didn't shoot straight out through tother one.... good job I was thinking of you or it probably would have done!!
What has your ear got to do with your diet or were you feeding that too!!!! :rotfl:

Oh determined what a rotten shame, and after having gone all that time. Have you only recently changed your siggy? I ask as when looking on one of the threads a couple of months ago I'm absolutely positive it said you'd quit/stopped since Jan??
Still, you do KNOW you can do it, but just be aware of whatever it was that messed you up in July as you start stopping again this time. At times like this it shows why no one's considered to have quit until a full year has passed. You know I'll be wishing you all that you need to make it this time, determined.BTW, a good idea to keep it to a minimum today.
Sue x
Keep going strong, Part Mouse and never let that resolve down as it's not worth it. Very well done so far!!! :grinheart

All good wishes to ALL those having stopped and to all those watching in and wondering. Jump right in and do your best, you may achieve what you've dreamed of!!!_party_A Very Happy, safe & healthy New Year one and all!_party_
