Heehee, SS, I wonder what's wrong with a Cherry Popping Daddies shirt, really?

Okay maybe I'm not brave enough for paints yet (CM's been doing it for 14 years, so she's definitely brave!), will wait for summer when it can be done harmlessly in the garden and I can just dump a bucket over his head after :rotfl:. Might look into some crayons though...where can I buy butcher paper or super cheap rolls of paper?

This makes me remember how my mom used to melt the ends of old crayons together to make big blocks of multi-colored crayons...it had a cool effect when you used them!!

Aless I always buy the cheapest smart price printer paper from asda, it is only about four quid (probably cheaper than that actually!) and lasts aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaages..... That includes the older boys using it, and us shoving some in the printer!!!! I got him cheapy wax crayons from asda and the works.

Too many children, too little time!!!

  • I bought a roll of lining paper from B&Q, lay Katie on it, put out paint on plates and did hand and foot painting the summer after Katie's first birthday, she thought it was great fun. I just dumped her into the paddling pool to get the worst off then carried her up for a shower.

Katie was about 2.5 before she got anywhere near paint.

It's harder to lurk on FB, I can only see *some* of you :p
I dont understand this post because I dont understand why you would want to. It seems that if someone posts in the Arms about us you are often one of the first to respond with agreements on how cliquey and weird we are.

Lovely ladies, please don't rise to it; the nasty, "OMG the PT mummies are such mean biznitches," rumour just gets reinforced when stuff like this happens because not everyone has the time or the effort to go rummaging through the 15 previous threads to find out if/why people have genuine concerns. And for the people who believe the unpleasant rumblings they're not even going to question if there's a reason for the concerns; they'll just assume it's because we're all mean and nasty and the whole thing gains weight.
