You know I'm beginning to wonder what's happened, like if everyone from here has been abducted by aliens or if they are just all talking on facebook instead or what.

Teenie I'm sorry I can't help. It was good old gas and air for me this last time, amazing stuff.

    Well done Becs. X

And money management should come from home I think. They should have to work for it as teenagers and not have stuff bought for them. I never gave pocket money and if they want things they have to save. Both my eldest have jobs, no credit, and know how to save when they want something.

I fully admit I find it better on facebook because I don't have to worry about my posts being deleted or weirdos stalking me.

Teeny, I never used a tens machine. But I get the feeling that they are all very similar and the only difference is the pads and stickyness of the pads. Also the ease of battery changes/charges and battery life? Beyond that... ah dunno, sorry.

I am here, thought I replied this morning but apparently I got distracted by my ginormous list and ton of Things To Do. I would love to post more on this thread but it doesn't move fast enough for me to feel like I'm not just chunnering on to myself :o

No idea about TENS machines though, I had one but it said not to be used during pregnancy so I sold it (for more than I paid for it. Score!).

We have a plumber here and I am really enjoying having him in the flat. He wants to practice his English and so I am making all sorts of fiendishly rude double entendres about his snake/clearing the pipes/etc and he has no idea that I am being smutty. Fun times. Now if he leaves before it's Gymboree time and I can get Husband to take Wee Beastie to her class perhaps I can get on with my house stuff and maybe even get some study time in.

Tia, I saw baby zombie shirts the other day and was sorely tempted to anonymous-mail you one but the only one in the right size said Zombie Snack on it and I didn't like the idea of putting that on a baby

Plumber has the face for radio. Much better in your imagination, I'm sure.

    Hi ladies

Just a quick question, TENS machines. Can anyone recommend any or are they pretty all much and such the same?

    Thanks :D

I tried one that the hospital gave me when I was in labour with my first.

It didn't do anything at all for the pain, but it filled me full of static electricity and nobody could touch me without getting a shock. Not good when they need to touch you down there *ouch* :o

If I haven't put you off, get one and have a play with it at home before the big event just in case it affects you in the same way.

That's what I feel like. I didn't post this morning as I was last to post yesterday and thought it would look a bit odd :o

It's a shame the thread was disrupted and the FB group split off. A lot of valuable support has been lost because of that.

This morning I was cleaning my teeth and Charlotte smiled sweetly and said "eeeeh Mam, you big monstrosity":rotfl:
Here I go again on my own....
