32 for March in SE London which saw no sun until yesterday.
Today is tracking yesterday but about 100 watts lower, the sky has a milky looking quality to it. Must be all the incinerators they keep dumping on our doorstep.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. This is one of the most enjoyable discussions I have seen here for long time. Starting out with religious choice and diving into personal insult and arguments of free will and choice.
Linking the Census with terms such as rights, intrusion, invasion of privacy, offensive and blackmail are just alien to me. I always had a small interest in the results of old Censi (?) just to see how things have changed. And I have used the old Census data to help with my family tree investigations.
I suppose it is only a vocal minority that choose to vent their anger on the MSE platform, and they have the time to continue such a vociferous discussion.
My frustration with this sort of thing is that when any one responsible for making a decision makes one, there is always someone who will argue against that decision. They don't know all of the facts behind it, they don't have the full expertise of the team who were chosen (because of that expertise) to make the decision, and really they stand little chance of changing things most of the time. Granted, the Forest selling debacle shows that the public vooice can work, but to winge on and on and on about filling a form that will most likely help society seems pointless to me.
As for intrusion, we are on camera umpteen times a day, all the services, banks and credit card providers, councils, supermarkets know our most intimate details (think about it - they know if you have piles, when you have been on holiday (your water electric and gas drops for a few weeks) and many other things I cant think of).
Just fill it in. If you don't want to, don't. Simples.0 -

Considering that this is a thread on solar pv and the nearest to religion or data collection that people have posted recently is to say how sunny it has been in the last couple of days and pointed to their generation data, I take it that you have either posted in the wrong place or the recent appearance of the sun has brought on a little sunstroke induced confusion ??

Morning all. After a week that was not bad but was more cloudy than last weekends weather forecast said, today(which is my day off) is looking great:T. I was exporting by 7.27am. My PAC was 1521W at the time. I am planning lots of spring cleaning for today ie I want to wash the sofa covers... a cream sofa and a black dog was never going to be a good combination. Later I plan to attack the hedge in my front garden with my electric trimmers. I have no idea how much electricity they use but I intend to find out later.
How sad is this:oEnough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D0 -
No sadder than me.
Much the same here, though with a 24 year old meter which, ahem, misbehaves, there is not the same incentive to get off my backside.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

free juice? Great minds think alike, but you beat me to posting
teachergirl, what kind of elec import meter do you have?
Although the last couple of days have been cloudier than the preceding couple of days, we have already generated 62kWh in the first 10 days of March (65 for the whole month of January and 71 in Feb).
Forecast is cloudy for the next few days, but they're not always right so keeping fingers crossed!
