    Hi all

Decluttered some grey hairs this morning :D and the WM has been on.. Sorted out piles of ironed clothes to their respectives rooms.. And we've had more snow!! It's v wet snow though, so I don't think it'll last long.

I'm not asking for medical advice but would appreciate some guidance on teenage depression.. My niece is not happy, & I know all teenagers go through patches but how do you know when it's not just a patch? And how can I help her? She's being subtly bullied at school, nothing physical, home life is up and down, & she doesn't see her dad (prize KH) altho her younger brother does, & is spoiled rotten. Feeling a bit helpless about it all.

Got to dry my hair, & go to work now. Back at lunchtime!

Hope everyone has a good day

DS is poorly this morning so is currently led on me on the sofa. Not sure how much I will get done today but would like to at least do some basics -
    -wash on
    -sort dry washing
-ironing catch up (completed nye challenge and don't want it to mount up again)
    -s&s kitchen
    -empty DW
-ebay 3 things (have a conservatory full of stuff that needs to be put on so will need to to this as a daily task for a while!)
-would really like to get kids bedrooms tidy and clean today but not sure how realistic this is. Might m=be able to while DS has a nap later if he sleeps in pushchair

Right off to see if I can sneek off sofa while he is engrossed in cebeebies!

Bin left down, dw been emptied and reloaded, wm on with first load of bedding and fire been lit. :D

Hubby woke with a sore throat and feeling abit achey so he'll be on the sofa today. Gonna grab a cuppa and start the livingroom list, it's full of toys and rubbish. I'd love to get the lead for the ariel up through the roof today, it's going into our bedroom and would mean we could close the bedroom door at night. Will see if i can find the drill.

Onestep all you can do is be there with a listening ear and hopefully it will all pass. Big hugs.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Is there anybody at her school charged with pastoral care? There should be - and maybe someone outside the family can be a useful contact anyway, if you see what I mean. At my kids school kids who need extra support get all sorts of 'subtle' treats - I only found out about this because DS was selected to accompany one of these groups on a wild camping trip - he was there because he was a scout, I think.
