Thanks sazzle but think we should hold on the well dones until I actually do a work out. :D I don't want the bingo employees to figure out my routine again and watch....:p

A no to the knitting pattern but to be honest haven't actually sat down and tried to work it out. :o Will try during the week and then beg my mum or my friend who knits for help.

Day 3 of my 7 day week at work is over. :j Practically skated home as the pavements were so icy. Had a roll and potato scone with bacon at work today - yum. Hope my weights and new DVD arrive soon so I can start exercising before I lose the urge. :o

Watching the Polar Bear Spy cam thing on BBC and my youngest cat is fascinated. :rotfl: He loves the sounds and is staring fixedly at the tv. :rotfl:

OH is making dinner and did some cleaning and hoovering for me whilst I was at work. Including the dreaded cat litter box clean. :T Managed to do all my ironing last night so only really need to clean the bathroom. :j

OH is away to see his parents tomorrow for a few days, so will just be me and the cats. Need to pick up my parcel after work tomorrow and will need to return books to the library at some point too.

Day 4 over and I'm exhausted - work was so busy today and I'm covering a job that I was only trained in a couple of weeks ago so was a bit scary for me that it was so busy. My supervisor told me I did brilliantly and that I'm good at the job though which was really nice to hear and good of her to say. :D

Went to pick up my parcel straight from work so had a longer walk than normal as had to go in the opposite direction, then come back again to get home.

OH got down to his parents safely and is very happy because they bought him an ipad! There are conditions to it (selling current laptop) but basically he gets an ipad for half price so he's happy.

Need to figure out what to eat for dinner as don't feel like cooking - too tired.

Have done a washing and some surveys since getting home but not much else.

Wow! how good is that :) wasn't he looking at a new laptop a while back?

Nice to have praise from your supervisor, especially if the job is new to you.

Hi gilly, yes he wanted a Macbook Pro a while ago but it was too expensive. He has been talking about an ipad for a while as he doesn't like the laptop he has. So he's doing these :j at the moment. :rotfl:

Yes it was nice to hear that from my supervisor and made me feel a bit more reassured about covering this new role. :)

Off to watch Glee as OH isn't here to moan. :D

Well I wasn't very impressed with Glee last night and thought it was a bit rubbish tbh. The only good character is Sue Sylvester - she appeals to my evil streak. :D

Day 5 at work was a lot quieter, was so tired that I was nodding off at my desk. :o Everyone on the shift is the same at this point in the week - the 5am starts catching up with you.

My big boy cat just stood and kneaded my stomach for a least 5 mins and then pushed himself onto my knee in front of the laptop. Finding it difficult to type as he has draped himself over my hand as well.

Ordered some aprons in the sale at Argos to use as material for some sewing projects I've been thinking about. Thought it would be cheaper than buying by the metre and they are just cotton.

Still waiting on my weights but really need to start with the exercise. Am so tired all the time and think it will give me an energy boost if I start exercising again.

Should really do some ironing tonight but I don't want to - so I won't. :) Need to have some dinner then a bath and go to bed fairly early.

Ok I finally did some Shred. :j Just used the old hand weights and stopped using waiting for my new ones as an excuse not to exercise. :o

It nearly killed me and I think I'm going to feel it tomorrow but I already feel a bit better just by doing it. :D

I think I will try to alternate Shred with my new DVD (not arrived yet) rather than doing it every day though. Can only take so much Jillian Michaels shouting at you. "If you feel like you're going to die....follow Anita" :rotfl: Anita has the flattest stomach I've ever seen! I can't even bl**dy follow her and she's the easy version!

Am also leaning towards a Pilates DVD as I do enjoy Pilates and it's good for my dodgy knees and bad posture. Will see how I get on with the Blast Off DVD first though as am in quite a spendy mood atm and have to stop myself just buying stuff all the time. :o

Just running my bath now and thinking about eating something but not sure what I want.

    Hey Sashybo,
well done on doing the DVD!
I agree with you Glee was a bit rubbish :( I love Sue Sylvester, he one lines make the show. I've heard really sad rumours that the show has gone the way Heroes went which is really sad.

Thanks sazzle, I just forced myself to do it am glad I did. :j

Okay, day 6 of work over and only one more day before I'm off. :j

Was quite surprised to not feel achey or stiff this morning after doing Shred last night. Came home from work and did Shred again as had a bit more energy. Am now feeling the ache - especially around my shoulders and chest from using the hand weights. Just need to tone up my arms and legs a bit and lose a bit of weight around my stomach and I'll be happy. :)

Will need to do the ironing tonight that I put off last night, have already cleaned the bathroom. I haven't felt the urge to lie down and have a nap either which I normally do after working early shifts.

OH has reached payout on Onepoll - finally! So that's £40 going into his Paypal account. :j Hopefully he will pay some or all of it towards his cc.
