I love my iPhone
don't feel guilty. My bill is more than I am used to but I use it a hell of a lot. It is a real time waster but I love playing the word games, bejeweled and going on facebook
Enjoy your night of peaceIt's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :jHappiness is not a destination - it's a journey0 -
Ooh I might be treating myself to an iPhone do you mind me asking where you bought it and what the deal was?0

Thanks poles - I do feel like I shouldn't have gone for it - but I know I'll love it and will use it. I can afford the extra, and think my deal was pretty good - the cashback covers the handset plus a bit more. See - I am good at justifying it:o Can't wait til Fri - and not cos it's my bday but because my gife to myself will arrive:rotfl:
Just found dd1's old purple ipod nano that she gave me when she got her ipod touch, so that'll be on ebay tomorrow - also my 1st ipod, a while 2gb nano - they've been fetching about £25 on ebay, fab:)I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -

Hiya Km - I have ordered it with Three mobile, through Quidco for £106 cashback, which has tracked. The deal is £35 a month with about 5000texts, lots of minutes (which I'll never use all of!) and unlimited data (liked the sound of that!). the handset cost £69 up front, so that cashback more than pays for this. Its a 24month contract, but that's fine. I can't wait - am so looking forward to it...!
I currently pay about £20 a month on my contract...going to just let dd2 use that as she's using about £15 worth of credit on her payg. My contract is unlimited texts so that'll be good for her of course:p
It's not as if I have a big entertainment budget - i never go out, no clubs, no smoking - just a couple of bottles of wine a month, so reckon I can afford it:T
Someone has to treat me eh?!?!:rotfl:I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -

Hmmm, haven't really done much today yet! I did go and buy dd1 anew ipod though - and now have 4 to sell - one 2gb very old nano, a purple nano and 2 3rg gen ipod touches...lord. So all of the money made there will cover the new one bought today (which I got reduced by £15 plus a free £15 itunes card for me;)) - see, I'm trying to do it all the mse way:D So I'll have 2 happy girls with new ipod touches and one very happy mother with her iphone...what a bunch we are!
I've taken pics of the 2 nanos...will photograph the girls ipod touches later, when they bring them home.
To change the subject completely, I've been lactose free for about a month now - today I've had 2 glasses of milk to test my body...am hoping for a reaction really as it's one part of my Crohn's I can control. I drank it about 1.5 hrs ago and just feel a bit uncomfortable, bloated and rumbly...so we'll see if it gets worse.
I have my scan on 7th March and follow up with my gastro doc on the 9th so will see what's going on...I do think there's something there now, feeling a few twinges around where my op was...just mild pain, nothing more.
Anyway, off to look at the uni work and decide what's to be done next:DI really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
Milk definitely doesn't like me;) Not in a major way - no pain, but definitely was unsettled yesterday - so that's good, it's something I can actually affect and control.
Anyway - today.... Off to the hairdresser soon, girls still in bed. Still debating what to do with my hair...do I go for a fuller fringe or not? Hmmm, I'll decide when I'm there:D
We're picking up dd1's friend at 1...cinema is at 3.40ish, so will get there early to get the tickets as I reckon it might be busy there- being Orange Wed plus a manky day. I'll buy them Mcds afetrwards, not sure about dd1 as she's not coming.
I have a few bits to buy in Asda while girls in the cinema and take 2 tops back to Next. A top of dd1s to go back to New Look too...so all good. Will take my book and sit in Asda cafe for a while I think:p
Ok, better go and get dressed then off for haircut:DI really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
